Introduction
Leadership is the ability to inspire confidence and support for the people who are needed to achieve different organizational goals. (DuBrin, 2017) People in leadership roles can possess many different characteristic, normally these characteristics can be classified into three different classifications: cognitive facts, personality traits and motives. The Clifton StrengthsFinder “Top 5 Strengths Access” Self-Assessment focuses on the personality traits of an individual. The assessment determines the individuals top 5 internal qualities that they possess to be a leader.

(DuBrin, 2017) Creativity, insight, and farsightedness are cognitive skills need by a leader for them to be successful. When a leader is creative they have the ability to create and realized out of the box solutions to complex or every changing situation. A creative leader will bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization as well as creatively stimulating their employees. A leader with insight has a depth of understanding that requires considerable intuition and common sense. (DuBrin, 2017) Insightful leaders know the strengths and weakness of their employees; this allows leaders to do a better job at training and assign the employees positions throughout the organization where they will thrive. Leaders need to have the ability (farsightedness) to understand the long-rang implication of actions and policies. (DuBrin, 2017) If a leader has this trait, they are able to see the long-term affect their actions today have on the organization years down the
