Leadership is a quality that is reflected in many aspects of life. Whether it's a job career, a club, social grouping, to simply just a qualification that represents a person's personality. Leadership is an idolized trait to have, it gives a sense of satisfaction to be looked at with the responsibility that a leader would hold. I have always been very social and very comfortable with myself and who I'm expressing to the people around me. I also scored very high I'm the “S” specti, which surprised me because it contradicts the one before. This means I like to follow rules and can often be quite. I am emotional and have an amazing ability to calm the people around me. I agree with this I do believe I always feel like I can carry a lot of emotions but I look at it positively because it helps the ones around me. I again then score highly In the “C” spectrum which means I have good problem solving abilities. I look into instructions and procedures. I believe in high standards of quality controls. This is something that does not fail to surprise me due to the fact I agree with all these. I am very aware with who I am and I put my all into everything I do. I believe to lead with the best way possible and will work hard for anything I believe
