I, Yuvanesh Vedaraju, working as a senior software developer in Cognizant, a Fortune 500 Company, have acquired sound knowledge in Healthcare Business. At Cognizant, from the beginning of my career, I am working for the client HealthNet, Health Insurance Company which provides services in CA, AZ, OR and WH in US. In my tenure, I have worked in Membership Enrolment, Claims Adjudication, Claims Payments, Stoploss Accumulation and Individual/Group Billing. Working in development projects has strengthened my quantitative, analytical and debugging skills. Developed separate modules to process billing for ACA Individual Plan members and Small Business Groups. In this project, I closely worked with Business to find the incorrect transactions coming from Health Insurance Exchange, tally the out of balance and find incorrect billing. I have been awarded “Associate of the Quarter” for my performance in this project.

Solutions given by me for the defects raised out of testing phase have made me to acquire strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Apart from my daily activities, I am involved in providing technical and functional training to new joiners and I am part of the code review team that ensures proper coding standards are adhered. Providing Knowledge transition to peers, interacting with Testing team and project handover to Production Support team has improved my interpersonal skills.
