All my life, I have dreamed about what should I do after just graduating from high school. I had many options to pick from like do I go to a university, do I go to the military, do I go to work, etc. However, I decide one thing that must be done, it’s to continue furthering my education in a college. Coming from a compassion family that always pressure the value of education and demands so high in the educational standard level should be very important because they always told me without an education, you will get nowhere. I have spent the last four years trying to figure out what do I want to do after high school and then it hit me. I believe that a quality of education is required to be successful in any path. My father came to the United States with only five cents and tried to find a future for himself which he did. He ended up working for the Leprino food company for the last 28 years, married to my mother, and now has two children which one of them is me. He told me, “well son, it’s up to you to decide your owned path now, your 18 and you need to become an adult now”. He had mentor me and teach me what I need to do through my school years. I have only seen him work all the times because being exhaust from work with over shift and extra hours is a lot of time and effort, but he did it because he wants this family to be grateful in his life. For me, being able to see him work hard to feed me and the family, wants me to persuade my educational further into college. I always put all my energy and soul into every single class that I was in and I believe the only way to motivate me to learn something new and valuable is to continue learning from school for higher educational knowledge. Education is the foundation in which we as an individual grow and gain knowledge throughout our life. Without education being there for me, I would be a complete fool who is just doing nothing for the rest of my life. However, what motivate me to continue my value on education is what will I become in the future. In today’s society, education is very important to me in sense that there is not much success without an education. Education allow me to grow and learn intellectually from one school to the next.
