To the Leaders of the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command and Eighth Army: Thank you for the opportunity to present my character and accomplishments before you. This proved difficult because nothing I have accomplished is of my own doing; it is the result of a long list of Leaders and Warriors who have invested their time, trust, and energy to mentor and guide me. And so with that I will begin with the Army Values. My high regard for the Army Values was evident during the 2015 Fort Lee Sexual Harassment / Assault Response and Prevention Program (SHARP) Summit. Upon learning of the opportunity, I inspired my peers to volunteer 18 hours of our personal time to support the event. Effective coordination during PACOM’s high-visibility Foal Eagle ’15 (FE15) exercise ensured successful synchronization between 2-25 Stryker Brigade Combat Team’s (BCT) and multiple logistical support elements during the reception, staging, and onward movement (RSO) of 650 Soldiers and 345 pieces of equipment. I then forward-deployed to the Joint Movement Coordination Center (JMCC) as the ARFOR Movement Control Mobility Officer ISO PACOM’s Balakatan ’15 (BK15) to receive 2-25 BCT and 3rd Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEF). In all, critical mobility synchronization was provided for the RSO of over 6,500 U.S. Service Members and 8,488 short tons of equipment. Exceptional performance earned a by-name selection to serve as Deputy JMCC for BK16. Finally, through dedicated efforts, the 19th ESC passed Eighth Army’s annual Command Inspection Program (CIP) of its Command Deployment Discipline Program (CDDP) review with zero deficiencies, validating Eight Army’s confidence in 19th ESC’s RSO
