When it comes to Nordstrom, they are king according to customers. Since 1901 Nordstrom has been working hard to make sure the customer experience is the best of the best.
Nordstroms strengths are that they available every day of the week and you can get ahold of their customer service staff from anywhere in the world. They are “committed to providing our customers with the best possible service – and to improving it every day.” (About Us) As a company they will do anything to make sure your order is right and if it is not, they will do whatever it takes to make sure that it is corrected. Their customer service has phone numbers for the U.S.A and international also; or if you do not wish to call, they have chat online as well.

I would love to work for Nordstrom. They are helpful and warm to their customers, and they have an incredible employee workplace that makes them seem like the best place to work. Nordstrom is a one stop shop for fashion. They will help with your initial purchase, assist if you need alterations and if something happens and you need to return, they have no problem assisting you with it.
