The U.S. is ranked 1st on aver years of schooling of adults whereas France is ranked 29th. And when coming to teacher per 1000 students the the United States has 5.49 teachers whereas France only has 3.64 with them being ranked in at 93rd while compared to the the U.S. that is ranked in at 49th.
