The Executive branch comprises of the President as the head, the Vice president, the Cabinet, the executive departments, Independent agencies, and other boards, commissions, and committees and they create and carry out the laws or policies and programs. The President can veto laws passed by Congress. The Cabinet works with the President and they comprises of 15 departments. Some of these departments are the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, the Social Security Administration, the Department of Defense, the Departments of Veterans Affairs and the U.S Department of Education. Legislative Branch consists of the Congress, which is in two parts: the 100 Senators, two representing each state and 435 voting seats and 6 nonvoting seats as House of Representatives and they make laws for the president to make proposal as to the best action to be taken. The Congress either confirms or rejects the President’s appointments and can remove the President from office in exceptional cases. The Judicial Branch includes the federal courts and the organizations that support them, and they evaluate the laws (Supreme courts and other
