What are your favorite places in the United State? I have visited many places since I came to the United State, and I found out two interesting places are two cities San Jose and San Francisco. Both are located in the Bay Area with various nation and beautiful places. However, San Jose and San Francisco have major difference in the following criteria: their convenience and culture. One of the difference between San Jose and San Francisco is their convenience. Cost of living and street are different conveniences between these two places. First of all, cost of living in San Jose are reasonable for common people. For example, the price to rent a house in San Jose about 1,000 to 3,000 dollars, and the price to buy it can be around 100,000 to 500,000 dollars. Celebration and lifestyle are different from each other. First, people who live in San Jose mainly celebrate American holidays. For example, most of Mexican live in San Jose, so they are easy to fall in line with American life. They celebrate New Year Day, Christmas Day, or Easter Day with family and friends. Second, lifestyle in San Jose is Western. For example, there are plenty of American restaurants and Western restaurants of Europeans in San Jose. The foods are various and specific Western like Hawaiian, Spanish tapas, or Brazilian foods. Unlike San Jose, people live in San Francisco not only celebrate American holidays but also celebrate their traditional holidays. For example, there is a large of Chinese people who live in San Francisco celebrate their holidays like Lunar New Year, Mid-autumn Festival. Next, lifestyle in San Francisco is multiform with various nation.
