Our recommendation for Bob Iger would be to set foundations and a clear vision statement on what the companies want to accomplish as a whole. This is because both firms are huge and have their own complex cultures, which would be best to avoid any clashes between employees and leadership. On one hand, Pixar embodies three principles under which it operates in and on the other, Disney has their system of hand picking the best to work on certain projects. Also, with contractual issues between the two companies, finding a common ground where both sides are happy with the compensation from each movie will be critical in the combined entity.
