I was excited to see your job listing! With over 2 years of customer service experience, I guarantee I would be a perfect fit for the Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa team.
Although my work history is not lengthy, all my employment has been in customer service. I feel that I have excellent experience in dealing with customers, whether on the phone or face to face. I am also a quick learner with lots of computer experience, so am very confident I can handle the challenge of adapting to a new environment.
