I write this letter on behalf of Levi Johnson in support of his desire to pursue the profession of a Physician Assistant. I have spent one on one time with this United States Army Veteran serving war time and peacetime unselfishly. I too am a U.S. Navy Veteran starting my career in the year of 1986 as a Hospital Corpsman for twelve years. In 1995 I achieved my degree as a Physician Assistant followed by a Direct Commission to the rank of Officer serving ten more years.

Every Resident Advisor (RA) answers the on-call phone with a bit of apprehension, but when the caller tells you that they are concerned that their friend may hurt herself physically, all your nerves stand on edge. It was this experience and others like it that reaffirmed my decision to pursue a career in the Healthcare field with a specific interest in mental health. My life’s journey began on a small multiracial island where we believed and practiced “every creed and race find an equal place,” these words taken from our country’s national anthem. In our multicultural society, religion played a large role in influencing the societal norms and practices which were of a conservative nature.
I want to enroll in Pre-AP English because I think it could help me in several of ways. This can help attain my goals because it helps me receive a higher gpa. I plan to contribute to Maricopa High School community by joining student council, if I join student council I would be involved in more things and can help at any events, I am committed to go above and beyond and I am self-motivated to do anything necessary. Skills that I have that are essential for advanced placement include someone who will try their best every day, someone who will go above and beyond in completing their assignments and are respectful and responsible.

What skills do you possess and what experiences have you had that might enhance your candidacy for the Resident Assistant position? a. As an individual, I find myself to be very accountable. Finding excuses to explain mistakes, in either personal or group work, reduces confidence in one’s abilities.
mI have been fortunate in having the opportunity to work as a bank healthcare assistant at Hereford County Hospital. Within my role, I have been able to enhance my knowledge and gain first-hand experience within various of clinical environments, and gain a wider prospective of the roles and responsibilities within the healthcare profession. I feel that I have been able to develop a variation of new qualities that has helped achieve high standards to all aspects of my role. For the last year, I have been successful enough to gain further knowledge in higher education on a foundation degree in health and social care at Worcester University, I have now entered my final year to complete my level 5 in Health and social care. Every dime I earn working at Reynolds Community College and every grant and scholarship I receive will go towards my passion of studying human behavior and applying everything I learn to bringing every community I can reach, a giant leap forward. After receiving my associates degree in Social a Science I decided to take a year off to work towards finding what it is that I really want to pursue. I have searched for that 'something ' that will keep me intrigued and awake all hours of the night without realizing it. I have eliminated the idea of simply working to make ends meet or finding a good job to support my family and "living" outside the 40+ hours of a weekday job. I am pursuing much more and I am confident that I have found a path leading me to wake up before my alarm clock sounds instead of praying for more time.
I am currently working as an LPN rooming patients in an OB/GYN clinic. My job includes taking vitals, updating medical records as necessary, preparing exam rooms for the providers, administering injections and medications per order, and recording signs and symptoms for the providers. I work along side the providers and midwives assisting with procedures. I place OB patients on the non-stress testing machines and educate patients on topics such as breastfeeding, maintaining a healthy pregnancy, etc. Working here, I 've been able to witness many situations that drive me to want to succeed as a doctor, such as being able to assist patients who are in active labor or empowering patients to take better care of their health.
In third grade, I was assigned to create a project illustrating what I wanted to be when I grew up. At this time, due to my positive experiences with doctors and my desire to help others, especially children, I decided to describe the role of a pediatrician as my future career. Throughout my childhood, whenever asked about my future aspirations, I confidently declared that I would attend medical school and become a pediatrician. However, as I developed, the answer to this question slowly began to evolve as I gained a deeper understanding of my values and the people I desired to serve through medicine.
Becoming a dental assistant is something that I have had a desire to do for three years. I had braces for three years, and throughout that time I was in and out of the dental office. Seeing the way these assistants helped my teeth and confidence was amazing. I realize I need to help people. With my background being a CNA for just a little over two years, I have learned to care for people in various ways.
I always had an interest in learning about different sciences in High School, and knew I wanted to choose a career where I could help people. However, it was not until I was in my senior year, when my father fell sick, I realized my true interest was in medicine and the human body. The doctors would come into his hospital room, explaining what tests they were doing and what medications they were going to give him. My curiosity lead me to research the illnesses he was being tested for; forms of vasculitis. It was not until after numerous different tests and a lung biopsy that my father was diagnosed with the rare form of vasculitis, Churg-Strauss Syndrome.
I want to join the staff team for a few reasons. The first reason being that I would like to contribute to the community somehow by assisting others. I have never volunteered to become a staff member whatsoever, so I would like to be in a staff position also for experience. I started feeling more into the community each time I went onto this server, and I've always wanted to become a staff member. I feel that this server is very unique compared to other regular servers.
I want to be a physician because I want people to grow old. At the age of 6, one of my closest friends was diagnosed with leukemia. By age 8, the disease claimed his life, robbing him of the opportunity to experience the privilege of growing old. Unfortunately, we live in a society of vanity. We see the process of aging and choose not to embrace it.
