Conspiracy theories exist in the world all around us today, but some theories may not be totally true. Maggie Koerth-Baker speaks of many different well-known conspiracy theories in her essay, “Why Rational People Buy Into Conspiracy Theories,” including the September 11 attacks. On September 11, 2001, a group of Muslims hijacked a few planes and flew them into the Twin Towers in New York as well as the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., because they thought this would please their god. The event left America with much destruction and grief. However, over the years different people began to suggest that the event was an inside job and that the U.S. government helped arrange the awful massacre.

September 11th, 2001, left a devastating impact on not only the United States, but worldwide. Many families had been separated and many souls were lost in what was one of the most terroristic events that has ever happened on American ground. As two planes crashed into the Twin Towers located in New York, thousands of people would be left stuck in the crumbling building, some able to escape, while others were not as lucky. In an essay by Peter Bergen called “Could it Happen Again? In the National Interest”, Bergen highlights inside details of the fatal attack and what caused Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda to reign its terror on the Twin Towers.
Eric was observed in the living room of his home with his sitter present. As the observation started, the sitter brought out several toys including a bag of blocks. She opened the bag and dumped the blocks out. She then asked Eric if he wanted to build a tower. He responded by saying, “A choo choo train” and repeated this several times.
Randall gonzalez Per.4 DAY OF INFAMY Do you know the events of the 911 attack that took place in September 11, 2001 and the Pearl Harbor attack that took place in December 7, 1941? Do you know the difference between these two tragic attacks? These two events have both differences and similarities. A huge similarity they have is that both of these attack had a huge impact on the united states.
It’s the year 1976, the United States Senate has just called for a new inquiry into the infamous assassination of President John F. Kennedy, who was shot in 1963 during his own motorcade in Dallas, TX while running for re-election. The CIA along with the FBI were coaxed into releasing new documents on Lee Harvey Oswald, and individuals who had not given evidence previously were persuaded to come forward. Pieces of evidence such as sound recordings and photographs were being subjected to scientific research analysis using more modern equipment. In 1979 the House Select Committee on Assassinations, or (HCSA), finally came to a verdict that Lee Harvey Oswald shot three times at the president; one of which, hitting his head and killing him. It was also concluded that a fourth shot was taken from ‘the grassy knoll’, which was something that was contradicting to the statement given by the Warren Commission 16 years earlier.

What Happened 2. Conspiracy Theories II. What Happened A. According to the Washington Post 9/11 was a terrorist attack on the US, which the 9/11 commission concluded al-Qaeda, a global militant Islamist organization formed in the late 80s, was responsible. Nineteen terrorists, split into four groups each containing a trained pilot, embarked on a suicide mission to hijack one commercial jet and fly and crash them into US landmarks.
From a different viewpoint, this can all be fake. Today, people can alter footage, change audio and make fake documents look real. This is very dangerous because people who take these things as truth will react in a way that will shake the foundations of society. If this documentary’s purpose was to mislead the people to get what they want and people believed it, then we really don’t know fact and fiction in this world. People can be easily manipulated with by small things.
The events that occurred on September, 11, 2001 were among the most catastrophic events in American history. The events of the day were summarized as 19 militants associated with the terror group al-Qaeda hijacked four airplanes and carried out targeted attacks in the United States. The attacks resulted in the deaths of over 3000 people and the beginning of a soon to come American counter terrorism policy and the subsequent invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. Although there are a lot of conspiracy theories around the real motives and players behind the attack,

“If we learn nothing from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate.” This quote comes from Sandy Dahl , the wife of the pilot on flight 93. When thinking about 9/11 this quote comes to mind because on that particular day, the world was reminded how short life really is. This quote also intertwines with 9/11 because it teaches us how there is no time to hate, but to move forward and help each other hand in hand. Even though I was only a year old when September 11th happened, I want to understand this horrific event that went down in history of the United States.
For many years, there has been a conspiracy theory going around stating that the CIA is responsible for the birth of AIDS. Many Americans are choosing to believe that the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) injected African-Americans and homosexuals with this deadly disease many, many years ago. This conspiracy theory started in 1980 and is still around a decade later. With known facts that the CIA definitely is questioned about their integrity to our nation, I find it very hard to believe that they have the intelligence and darkness to create a disease that’s incurable and purposely pass it on to only African-Americans and homosexuals. Although I know that the CIA is very powerful and has the freewill to do anything they desire, I find this
