Competency Goal III Competency Goal III is to support social and emotional development and to provide guidance. There are three main areas to succeed in this, the things are self-concept, sociality, and guidance. One focus on Competency Goal III is self-concept. PLC at Work focuses more on a student-centered culture, and individual teachers meeting each week and following specific processes to ensure success for each individual student. Throughout the process, teachers list essential skills desired for each unit, how much time will be allotted, and how they plan to assess the knowledge. The team will then look at results and determine what did and did not work, and how to teach the concepts better if many students were unsuccessful. They also focus on how to challenge the high-achieving students. My current station of work is an example where continuing competence is to build on each professional nurse. They are expected to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration so as to ensure best practices are adhered to.

Continuous Delivery is a high-discipline approach. It requires more rigour not less. Continuous Delivery requires significant cultural changes within the development teams that adopt it and beyond.
