Congested heart failure (CHF) is one of the leading causes of death in the United States (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2015). There have been research studies conducted to provide evidence-based practice in decreasing the effects of CHF. There is evidence that links exercise, diet, and education as key factors that decreases mortality and morbidity in patients with CHF.
