The purpose of this paper examine the critical thinking exercise about nurse Olivia Witte. This theory can address inter-professional communication problem that is occurring by using assertion and confidence to show the team the importance of this process. Therefore, Nurse Witte should first communicate with the physicians. She will need their cooperation before she can implement any new protocols.
