Overview As a business consultant for a United States corporation, a business plan needs to be in place for business operations in Greece, Singapore, Germany and Iran. First as a business consultant there is a need to identify how all five of these cultures coming together as a team will affect the leadership style of the organization. Another issue that needs to address is how leaders can access the cultural assessment to help identify cultural gaps within the groups. As well as how social culture interaction will affect the organization productivity as a group. Managing a diverse workforce can be effectively done by relying on the organization, employees, interpersonal relationship with organizational member, improving productivity (Saxena, 2014). This will be the organization at a better advantage and improve the productivity within the workplace. This is due to managers have the ability to work with and understand a more cultural workforce, meaning the manager have been properly train in how to deal with other cultures and conducting business. This issue with the case study scenario was due to the manger and employees not being able to effectively communicate the task that needs to be done because of cultural conflicts.
