“81% of the teens thinks bullying online is easier to get away than actual bullying in person.” Cyberbullying is a serious problem to teens and it is like bullying, but it is less physical and more digital than any real bullying. Cyberbullying is a problem mostly to female teenagers on the internet of social networks like facebook, instagram, and twitter. What causes cyberbullying is boredom of teens that entertain themselves in horrible ways and getting revenge on the bullies that picked on them. Here are some of the effects of cyberbullying are suicide(involves killing yourself in dangerous ways), greff, and acts of revenge on cyberbullies. Cyberbullying is mostly a problem to those who start using the internet and have access to local social media sites. Apparently this cyberbully business starts when people get online and access to social media sites and when kids or teens get bored or mad and think of using the internet as a bully tool to have some fun or to get revenge on the bullies who bullied them. The ages that are mostly affected in this problem are 9-18 year olds. They’re affected by this problem because they could be possibly be more sensitive to the rumors, pics, videos, fake profiles, and lies than other ages. Cyberbullying is a problem mostly in places with internet and social media sites than other places. Girls are mostly the ones who use the virtual world/texting to spread rumors and use these rumors to gain power+control over girls their age. The boys are the ones who post the videos and pictures on social media sites to entertain themselves or their friends online to get a person’s reaction or attention. Boys like to mock people online with embarrassing videos and pictures to get so fun out of it which is a real bad idea.
