Friendship can be defined in many different ways. I am not quite sure that many individuals really know a specific term to grasp the concept of what friendship really is. They know what it is to them, but they do not know a concrete way of defining the term. Most people think of friendship as being a mutual relationship between two or more people. While they are not wrong, I believe that friendship can be defined by subcategories, such as: a childhood friend, an acquaintance, and a best friend. To begin with, a childhood friendship is a few people who have been friends since they were children. The name is not meant to be confusing, it really is children who become good friends. Typically, this type of friendship is not established by two adolescents choosing to play together based on how much they have in common. Its drama free and stresses are not placed on the relationship between the two friends. You know what his name is, and that he knows a great deal about the subject, but you have no clue about his personal life.
