Friendship. It is something that is essential to human life. Without it, life can be miserable. However, spoiling children is something the world should be without. It happens constantly, though.

In the novel “The Wednesday Wars,” By Gary D. Schmidt, the main Character Holling Hoodhood, faces two similar but different situations. In both situations, He’s walking down the school hallway and everyone in the hallway smiled at him. The reasons everyone was smiling were a little different. One of the times they were smirking at him trying to hold back a laugh because he was in a newspaper article titled Holling Hoodhood as ariel the fairy soars onstage to rescue his potent master.
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, friendship is the state of being friends. A friendship is so much more than simply calling each other a friend. A friendship is about loving each other, being there for each other, and making time for each other. At first glance, A Separate Peace by John Knowles seems like a heartfelt story of two best friends, but this story clearly shows that who you may think is your friend may not actually be your friend. What do you think the meaning of true friendship is, maybe it 's knowing that you trust a certain person with any secret or physical object, somebody who would take a bullet for you, or maybe it 's somebody that you 've grown up with all your life. Everybody has their own definition of ¨true friendship.¨ I personally believe that true friendship is when two people can trust each other with just about anything, they let you succeed and fail on your own, but they always help you when it is most important.
