“Leadership is not a position or title it is action and example.”We all look for a leader,It the truth. Like for example the leader of the school are the principal without a principal who would be here to set the rules to make the decisions..We look for a leader because we need someone to set an example . It's something most people are use to .People are use to being told what to do and what not to do by someone like how kids have to be told the rules from their parents.People are naturally inclined to look for a leader . Leaders are people who motivate us to do something if they can say the write words sort of like manipulation.Leaders can take things too far and that is when they have become overpowered.People look for a leader in they mainly have the feelings that he/she is alone they look for someone who will make them feel like they are something ,something that won't make them feel so invisible to others.For example in the book ‘The Wave’ Robert Billings (class loser) was a kid who was isolated he was alone ,The Wave movement had made him feel as if he wasn't alone The Wave made him feel equal to everybody else. A person needs a leader to look up to to trust.
