Overcoming Fear At some point in time or another we have a sense of uncertainty, heart starts to race, chest pounding, and thoughts running one hundred miles per hour. Most people experience this sensation called fear everyday even. Whether it be a slithering snake or high observation points that are a little to much for comfort. These are, in most terms, fears. There are hundreds and hundreds of phobias, some of which are hard to believe like Ambulophobia, the fear of walking, and Barophobia, the fear of gravity. These types of fears may sound a little crazy but everyone is different, and since everyone is different no two fears are the same. Everyone deals with fear; it is a challenge that we all face in life, but should not be something that holds us back from living our lives. Through analysis, recognition, and courage all fears can be beat no matter how big or small. As terrifying as fears may be they are not something that has to be controlling but can be conquered. The first way to put down a fear is through analysis. Basically, Analysis is the detailed study of a particular subject or thing. When analyzing a fear one must always look deeply into themselves and not just skim over their fear as though it were nothing.
