Stress is form of showing that you are dealing with too much. It feels overwhelming and sometimes too much to where it feels almost impossible to get everything done. Here are about three different types of stress I go through every day and how I cope with it. School stress is where you are getting a lot of assignments and trying to pay all of your tuition. There are ways of coping with this kind of stress so it won’t feel like too much. The assignments may feel like a lot, but they really feel less. For example when I have to do an assignment I get started on it a little bit and see that I am making a lot of progress. And if I have any free time in any other classes or breaks I have before other classes I get the assignment done. There are some government programs that can also help you with paying your tuition to help you cope with this stress. This program is called OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program). This program helps you pay your tuition so you won’t have to pay all of it with your …show more content…

Work stress is where your job becomes too much for your too handle and are trying to figure out how to balance your personal life and you work life. One way you can cope with this stress is by looking for a new job that won’t be so overwhelming. For example I work as a lot attendant at a grocery store and I have to clean the bathrooms, do returns, change eleven garbage’s, and make sure there are no shopping carts in the cart returns. The job really wasn’t what I thought it was going to be because I thought it was going to be just returning shopping carts. But when I first learned I had to do all that it seemed like a lot and they want you to do it at the time the place closes. Studies show that doing the things you matter can help relieve stress in your life. (“Want to Reduce”, 2016) I say the best way to cope with work stress is to get a job you like and you will feel better. This is how you can cope with work
