Photography Defines Me Photography is a great way to express yourself without using a lot of words. In a photo, a lot can be seen about a photographer in their work. A photographer has many techniques and angles they could use to capture a single photo. There are so many techniques that can be used, but most photographers have a favorite style they use more often. I use photography to express what I can’t express with words. Behind, the camera, I can let my creativity fly. I usually do not talk often in class, but my work talks for me. Photography helps me show people who I am.
Photography lets me leave my mark on the world. When I was little, I would make footprints in the sand and think even though they would eventually wash away, I was leaving a mark on the world. With photography, people put pieces of themselves into the photo and without knowing it, leave a piece of themselves where the photo was taken. It does not matter to me if many people look at my piece of art and do not like it, as long as I can make one person’s day better, it was worth it.
