He provided a sample of how he wanted the Excel to look like—he even included instructions that the client sent him. The instructions was a bit confusing but I knew what he wanted from the sample. Because there were plenty of jobs in the inbox and this particular request wasn’t a rush, another word processor told him it would be completed the next day. However, I knew it would be fairly straightforward and simple enough to complete. I proceeded to work on it. It took me less than an hour to finish and needless to say, he was
