Describe your major accomplishments, achievements or contributions during the past evaluation cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, education or training completed, new skills acquired, actions that demonstrate consistent service to the Firm and clients, and actions that demonstrate the Firm's core values and beliefs: I believe I continually do good work—nothing major nor groundbreaking, but rather contributing along efficiently, effectively on a daily basis. Although some projects are challenging, I seldom give up—I always find solutions or offer alternative solutions. Below are some recent examples of projects and situations successfully completed. I hope the variety of examples gives you some idea of how I work and what I’m capable of accomplishing. Thank you. I believe I continually do good work—nothing major nor groundbreaking accomplishments, but rather contributing along efficiently, effectively on a daily basis. Recently, a partner wanted a Word document that contained a list of over 200 lines converted to Excel. He provided a sample of how he wanted the Excel to look like—he even included instructions that the client sent him. The instructions was a bit confusing but I knew what he wanted from the sample. Because there were plenty of jobs in the inbox and this particular request wasn’t a rush, another word processor told him it would be completed the next day. However, I knew it would be fairly straightforward and simple enough to complete. I proceeded to work on it. It took me less than an hour to finish and needless to say, he was
