Method of Research The descriptive method of research was use in this study. Descriptive method of research is a fact-finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of findings. It describes what is the effect of technology to the behavior of young generation. It describes with emphasis what actually exist such as current conditions, practices, situations, or any phenomena. Since the present investigation was concerned with the present status of the Young Generation to Technology, the descriptive method of research was the appropriate method to use. Development of the Research Instrument Development of the instrument. After reading and studying samples of questionnaire from related studies, the researcher prepared his own questionnaire. The researcher also consulted some knowledgeable people about how to prepare one. The researcher saw to it that there were enough items to collect data to cover all aspects of the problem and to answer all the specific questions under the statement of the problem. For validation purposes, the questionnaire was given to ten adolescent in junji street Brgy. Kaligayahan, Quezon city for them to fill up. These adolescent participate in the study. After they fill up the survey question they were help by the researcher to answer the item properly; if the number of items were adequate enough to collect data about the effects of technology to the behavior of young generation; if the question were interesting; if the accurate to one who
