Communication Problem in my workplace
In my workplace, we have sales agents who are facing the problem of expressing their ideas because of having English language problems. This problem prohibits them from communicating easily with our managers who don’t speak Kinyarwanda. In addition, our managers who don’t speak Kinyarwanda while they have to interact or work with Kinyarwanda speakers are facing different challenges in their daily working. It means that sales agents and managers are not communicating effectively because of the language barrier.
