The video I watched for the “Moment of Learning” assignment captured an approximately five-minute long small group activity, titled “Facilitating in the Art Studio. (Beautiful Stuff).” This video of a moment of learning helped me make connections to developmental theories and theorists. In this video, the relationship between the children and their teacher looks strong. They are enthused to talk and express their ideas with him. And when he asked them to take turns and listen to each other, they accepted his guidance and suggestions. They were learning to hear the ideas of others and negotiate group relations.
