In order to establish and build positive relationship with child, young people and adult, it is crucial for teaching assistant to develop effective communication and positive relationship among them. Teaching assistant needs to have mutual trust with child and young people to build home feel environment. When children and young people gain trust with educators, they will start to rely on teaching assistant and they will share their feelings and problems as they will feel comfortable. Besides, children and young people may gain confidence and motivation in learning when educators praise and encourage them since they can feel the love and acceptance from the teaching assistant in which it can build positive relationship. Children and young people can feel security when educators are listening to their problems by not ignoring or consider as unimportant. Besides, body language is a good way to get close with children and young people since they can feel the interaction and support from educators because non-verbal communication can boost up the relationship with each other’s, such as eye-contact, greeting, gestures, etc. that can show good manners and respect. Also, Foley, D. (2015) mentioned that it is important for teaching assistant to respect people from different cultures, beliefs or values, such as celebrating the different culture through dressing differently, so that they can proud of themselves and respected by the others. If we don’t respect their culture and understand their values and beliefs, they may feel low-esteem and sad which will affect the relationship with the teaching assistant thus it is important for educators to understand their values to build positive relationship with them. Educators also needs to have sense of humor when interacting with others because if we always stay serious it can frighten them, so it is important that teaching assistant should have sense of humor that allow children and young people feel comfortable and
