supportive style of leadership. Furthermore, aligning some of these standout qualities of my being and those of the leader that influenced my leadership style. Supportive Leadership has its advantages, provided that the employee is given the right tools to perform tasks. Furthermore, the skills are built to such an extent that the manager knows, the task will be performed accurate. Under supportive leadership, employees become self- reliant and deal with issues themselves most of the time. Having the ideal team, lead with those trademarks, and have a company achieve its goals. According to Google, “No leader, no matter his personality, can fully give up on the supportive style, ignoring all employees concerns and ordering every detail.” (Lacoma, n.d.)

The disadvantages of supportive leadership will not be disadvantaged in all forms of organizations. The only real challenge standing out is employee ability. According to Google, “The coaching and training aspects of the style can waste time for such companies and interrupt the accepted decision-making process if employees take irresponsible initiative.” (Lacoma, n.d.)

Therefore I used the stop, start and continue method. Consequently I managed to get the input of all the people in the team I am leading, which also gave me feedback on how they view my leadership style. The team I am currently leading consists of six members including myself.
