The senior management at Australian hardware has recently faced turbulence in its sales activities due to lack of integration in its current online and retail sales strategies. Managing director for retail operations (Rob Schneider): She would be responsible for effectively managing the communication and relationship with the retail outlet.
Human resource manager (Robert Downey): She would be responsible to encourage employees to work effectively as per the requirement of the development plan.
Customer service manager (Sara Michelle): She would be responsible for the sound management of customer service systems. Sales manager (Matt LeBlanc): He would be the one who will be held responsible for developing effective sales strategies and implementing them.
