Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, sir Richard Branson agree on making only one common, best decision. This decision freed them from the academia’s boredom, bureaucratic structure, and focus on theories, it tested their visions.

The discrimination is rather on the common basis. Anybody who for some reason decides to leave an educational institution will most likely be considered as “party animal.” You read it right, younger part of our society is likely to think at the back of their heads that you prioritize fun to “serious future.” It is obvious for a reason, but dropouts are assumed less educated and disciplined. Finally, once dropped get ready to battle the perception that you are broke.

The 2009 BPS survey asked students “whether the education they got was worth the cost.” Although they faced a very weak labor market, 79 percent said yes; even two thirds of those who dropped out without any credentials said YES.
