One of the most important in protocol inside the company is the Employee Privacy Rights. This is to ensure and to monitor that the employees are doing their job and not slacking off at work. This extremely important to a business’s especially the ones that cater directly to the customers (Singh, Bellcourt, Snell, Morris, & Bohlander, 2017).
During my first shift at Tim Hortons, my supervisor taught me about the Safety procedures and also the security protocols of the restaurant. He told me that the establishment is equipped with several surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of all the customers. In addition, the use of surveillance cameras at the kitchen area is also to monitor the employees if they are following the procedures of the company
