To be a candidate for the National Honors Society is a remarkable privilege and it is with great delight I able to thoroughly apply myself for a chance at this opportunity.

To join NHS would mean to make a positive impact on the community while being surrounded by like-minded peers, two great reasons to join in and of themselves, but together are an entirely different story; together means to have a larger area of the community to assist, a larger goal to strive for, and a larger impact to be made. My contributions to reach this are my capabilities: leadership, character, service, and citizenship.

Able to take charge, but I know when a more qualified person is needed, and when I need to become that more qualified person. I’m honest, accountable and actively participate in group and individual activities. I regularly babysit and do odd jobs and tasks. Always trying to help make someone's day a little nicer, holding the door open, smiling at some, giving food or giving a compliment. This representative of Summit Academy North High School, would continue to represent Summit and it’s respectful values, but also the additional values of the National Honors Society, whilst maintaining to be outgoing, growing student.
