As we have learned in this class, to maintain a growing corporation, you need strong succession plans for every faucet of your organization. Proper management and key role models are necessary to obtain future growth and sustainability of your brand. This should include innovation, expansion of product lines with huge marketing campaigns, followed by always knowing your customer base and their needs and wants. While always maintaining a balanced budget.
To stay ahead of competition, innovation must stay a priority. The next strategical step of management should be to invest in the employee culture and ethical Human Resources environment. Not having one of these two areas managed properly your organization could become nonexistent. Customer needs should to be trust of the product, and your staff should be able to trust the management.
