Scarcity of resources

One of the main reasons why the elite are usually always on top is the superb quality of education they receive, and since they are affluent, they have a vast amount of resources. Unlike the lower class who lack the necessary materials which are vital for educational achievement. This includes things such as lack of resources, lack of stability, and first generation. More than often the lower level jobs such as factory work generally function through having employees follow strict guidelines with attention to detail. Even though this in itself is a skill to be often learned it requires little to no development of other knowledge such as being able to analyze critically. Higher paying jobs come with responsibility on one's part, and one must determine what is useful in a well thought out and often creative manner. These different skill sets are acquired through different methods of learning which are unique to the schooling each social class receives.
