I got 79%, I did not know that by doubling the wages of those in poverty would help most of them escape poverty, or that the poverty line is at about $24,000 for a family of four. One question that I have is how do people get into the poverty cycle? I mean yes of course they can be born into it, but the first generation that is in the poverty cycle, how do they get into it?
Poverty in america is a state of financial deprivation where people do not have enough money to make it from month to month paying for their necessities with great difficulty, even when they work hard to make money to live. People that live below off a salary below a threshold of about $12,000 per year they live in poverty.

Raising education of women allows for them to be introduced into the workforce so there is a second income for the family. Secondly educated women are also able to input more to the discussion of how many children to have in a family. Finally educated women know more on how to plan a family and how to use contraception. The roll that poverty or lack of for a family is a second factor that is tied to population. The increase of money a family has allows for more family planning/contraception, and education for the next generation breaking the poverty cycle. As for myself and other people living in first world countries it is our responsibility to bring other countries into a more modern type of civilization. Help them to industrialize in a green fashion so as to boost their economy without polluting.
