Within an organisations different people come together to work towards goals and targets set out for the business to hit. Many people within the organisation will work towards the same kind of targets set for them. Managers within an organisation will perform a variety of planning, organising and directing different strategies within the business.

Within Virgin, communication is vital to the staff and the customers Virgin will communicate using verbal communication to their customers by meeting and greeting them to the airlines etc, they will also use verbal communication to the staff through telephones or face to face with other colleagues to locate where they maybe at, it may also be handy for them encase of emergencies. Written communication with Virgin is also important so that different departments of the organisation know who their customers are and to send any details via email.
