This article describes specific relationships among some college students as dominated by a one-night stand culture, which students are involved in frequent sexual encounters. Where both parties understand there are no further expectations afterwards. The author found respondents from the current era that did not report more sexual partners since age 18, more frequent sex, or more partners during the past year than respondents from the earlier era. The non-governmental agencies like the United Nations Special Rapporteurs, support teaching sex education. In fact, they believe this approach would limit teenage pregnancies and discourage teens to experiment with sex. The article states the belief that comprehensive sex education is misleading wrong. This is a great article and I completely agree with it because it explains why sex education should be encouraged.
