One of the ways companies choose to promote their products and services is via advertising in the press, and on TV and Billboards. This is one of the most commonly used avenues to promote products and services. The main reason for this being that you are able to reach countries all over the world, expanding your potential to reach out to new customers; using the TV to promote products and services is also a good way to deliver a high level of customer service. This is because, you are able to show them your product or service in action, and able to deliver speech to them making them feel more connected the company as a whole.

One of these people is the management. This is because they will be deciding how they want their company to be represented in the customer service that they deliver. Also, they will be the ones that will be affected if they deliver bad customer service as they are in charge of ensuring customer return and that they are selling their products and services.
Another person that should be involved the other members of staff in the office. It is vital when thinking about customer service that everyone has an input and that everyone gives their opinion to help make the whole customer service experience smooth running; it also take a lot of people to help a whole business be able to deliver quality customer service, so there is often a large team dedicated to this.
When thinking about customer service, it is easy to overlook the other departments that are involved in the process, not just the PR department, there is also the media department that will look after the customer service side of things via the media; and the front of house departments if the businesses products are being sold on a shop floor.
