In order to save time, we usually choose fast food restaurants like in-n-out or McDonald’s to have our lunch, but sometimes we would choose Chinese restaurants. I noticed that fast-food restaurants generally would post the calories of their menu items, but I never see any Chinese restaurants do this. If all restaurants post the calories of the items in their menu, it will help their consumers make a reasonable choice, at the meant time prevent those health problems caused by excess calories intake. In addition, when some items one the menu become unpopular because of the high calories, the restaurants owners may have to improve their formula, then the consumers can enjoy the delicious meals with lower calories. To say the least, if we go to a restaurant that we never been to, the post of the calories is another way to help us know about the dishes.
