Should there be a law that requires restaurants and fast food places to post nutritional information including calories, fat content, and sodium on their menu. There should be a menu about labeling the meals and the nutritional meals because would be healthy and the people who want to eat any type of food they can choose from the menu in the fast food places like for example when they go to fast food restaurant they only have hamburgers, chickens, fries, etc, so many people they don't want to eat that kind of food labeling meals in restaurant is one sure way of helping people take charge of their well-being. If they label the meals putting how many calories they have in the menu boards would be a great idea too, so they can choose what is good for them. One part of the healthy person equation is, of course,fitness, and that is clearly good for the individual. However, eating nutritious food is another part of that same equation, so labeling meals in restaurants is one way of helping people take charge of their well-being. Some people like making exercises and they start eating salad and some fruits that makes them lose some weight when they go any kind of restaurant like fast food places there no labeling in the menu boards. In the passage Label the meals it said," Over the last 25 years, the packaging of foods to be consumed in the home has included nutritional information: calories, fat calories, sodium, calcium, and the like." The information is regardless of whether the food is healthy or not labeling the meals and put them like for example the fast food they can put them in one side of the menu and the healthy food put them in the other side and how many calories they have each
