Explain how own practice in creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive teaching and learning environment has taken account of theories of behaviour management.
Encounter with different behavioural concerns and imbalance circumstances in an educational institution are a part of the daily custom. Sometimes was crucial to manage and resolve. It has proven hard for the teacher to handle and manage the class. Students possess different personality trait, attitude and behavioural pattern that causing difficult for both the teacher and the learner to manage and encourage an inclusive learning. I observed the disruptive behaviour of the learner in my class, a situation which is hard to cope with.

In certain circumstances, I encourage the weak student to sit with the bright learner to get motivated and encouraged to take part in the learning. And the disliking of the students revealed and expresses by their body language and facial expression clearly shown the appearance of disliking of the reshuffle. To understand more about learner personality, I use the theory of Albert Mehrabian about Non-Verbal Communication.
When I really finding it hard to control and manage few learners and got impatient and uses the voice of authority like a parent to maintain discipline in the class but the revert from the learner was not mature and getting child state responses instead. Theorist Eric Berne said in his communication theory that human possess 3alter ego's (parent, child and adult). Getting the response back from the learner depends on which mode is used by the teacher as a parent or as an adult.
To preserve a safe and learning environment to encourage inclusivity I provide the learner with a prospect to discuss the reason and the issues they are having that make them not taking part in the learning process and accordingly negotiate with them.
