Three functional areas from which I will choose a team member, for this upcoming business development squadron, members will come from Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, and Operations. For the growth, the Finance and Accounting department will have to come up with a financial plan to incorporate training costs, possible structural add-ons, and new hire wages. When the business starts to grow, operations will contribute to the processes of the workflow. To ensure the present employees do not leave, the Human Resources department will have to find the right employees that will follow the mission of the business. With the scheduled increase, the Finance and Accounting department will have to be able to face the challenges. They will have to be able to handle enterprises, have strong critical thinking skills, and be very organized. Departmental team members will be given duties by the operations department members. Also, they will need to create a policy in the work environment and ensure the present workers are adhering to it. Implementing this policy will save time from having to make one in the future with a bigger worker base. To continue to ensure the workers flourish in their specific areas and find positions for workers that are able to further the mission in other positions in the business, the Human Resources department will be needed.
