Anger is a memory never forgotten. You only tame it”.
I remember a time where I thought about my ex boyfriend, and I thought about all the things that I missed. It made me feel many emotions, and the emotion that I always felt was anger toward him. After we broke up, we did not talk to each other for 8 months, he completely ignored me. That really made me angry because we talked to each other everyday for two years. The way that I dealt with my angry was by, holding a lot of it in, but when I was by myself at night most of the frustration would come out.
There are many examples of how to cope a common one is just do what you love. That saying walk it off, that was made to be taken literally so that you could cope with your pain. Yet there aren’t many examples of how to, Not deal with coping. These coping methods can be negative or positive, can affect other people poorly and put them through more pain than they themselves go through, and efficient or not so efficient.

The other strategy I would like to discuss is “Comfort” so I believe hat I is important for everyone to make sure that their audience feel comfortable around them. So as I talked about my anger I think I should think about I that how can I improve my self like I is described in the book to “keep Its simple and try to get it to smile”. If I apply these things in my life, it will be good for and my audience. Sometimes when I am in a bad mood I do not like to smile and just do my thing if someone distracts me while I am walking or something and they say “smile” I get mad. But from now on I am going to apply these new rhetorical strategies in my daily

Through those obstacles, a person transforms to be a stronger person.
Anger is a common disease possessed by many humans. How people deal with anger is what makes them different. Some, the second they are confronted, act out violently. Some hold it in until they cannot possibly take anymore, then explode. Some, let other people act out for them.

Resilience is known as bouncing back from the adversities and bringing in strength to cope to difficulties. Adversities happen at personal, community and organisational level. Resilience allows the person to come out of the adversity, rather than staying with it and to move forward further. This is a way of maintaining positive mental health and maintaining one’s own well being in the midst of adverse conditions. It enables a person to maintain positive health in the midst of challenges (Mowbray, 2011).
The Importance of Resilience Resilience is the way towards adapting in the midst of misfortune, injury, catastrophe, dangers, or huge swathes of stress. It signifies rebound from troublesome encounters by honing the abilities required to give you a chance to travel through misfortune, as opposed to getting noticeably characterized by it. In the event, if I had not practised resilience, that overarching circumstance would have overpowered by misfortune and my value would have impacted into a more serious danger of utilizing undesirable methods for dealing with stress to manage life's difficulties, for example, animosity towards self or others.
