Employers should provide a flexible working environment for their employees so that it can benefit the total outcome of their business.

If the employer allow their staff to work of home they will be happy and they will be able to spend more time working then traveling to and from work. They will be able to spend more time with their family. Then they will be less stressed about their work.
The Employers should allow their staff to have some flexible time and leave and holiday so in that there staff can do their work better and do things for their Employers and their family.
