The first part is explain and discuss about the culture relativism argument that are made in the field of Women rights in the United Nations conferences and in CEDAW also how those two critiques are arguing and debating each other about International Women rights. The second part in this journal is comparing the differences and discussing about the similarities of Feminism and Cultural Relativism, in this part the journal writer also discuss about the possibilities for them to cooperate with aims to reach their own goal. The critique that suggest them that there is possibility to cooperate, not to fight each other to avoid the worry about women welfare. The rapes cases and the respond from the society has proving that the freedom of women has already taken, the can not freely choose what they want to wear. One of the country that having a very large number of rape cases is India. Another cases also happen in Africa, when in Africa the women rights is not fully acknowledge, protected and guaranteed. In Africa there are a lot of cases happen such as the violation, persecution and unrespect towards the women. One of the cases that known as violate the women rights is in Sierra Leone, the case of Female Genital Mutilation. By doing the FGM there are at least two of women rights that had been taken such as freedom from gender discrimination and rights to physical integrity. In CEDAW article 1 takes a broad view of discrimination against women, defining it as “any distinction, exclusion, or restriction made on the basis of sex which has the effect or purpose of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment, or exercise by women, irrespective of their marital status, on a basis of equality of men and women, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural, civil, or any other field.” While the practice of FGM is proving that women is controlling by the
