One of the most talked about buzz word in health circles is inflammation and its effects on the body. Inflammation parse’ is not a bad thing, because it is part of the body’s immune system. A short inflammation occurs when the body sends white blood cells to the injury site thereafter causing pain and swelling before the healing process kicks in. The problem arises when the inflammation issue becomes chronic or is continually triggered.

Chronic inflammation can lead to a host of ailments including diabetes and heart disease and mental illness in the worst case scenario. Although chronic inflammation can be caused by many things including stress and genetic, the thing we have more control over is food. Refined Grains - Refined grains alongside milled, sweetened and fortified gains should totally be avoided. You should avoid using refined grains such as cereal, white bread and pizza and limit your pasta intake to at least once a week.
