Introduction
The moral principles and ethical policies and practices that govern a company are known as business ethics. It applies to all aspects of a business, and covers potential ethical problems such as insider trading, bribery, discrimination, and social and fiduciary responsibility. In the United States, the top 500 companies based on recent revenue are called Fortune 500 companies.
