Ecological sustainability is to protect and preserve resources and the environment of the future. The ethical practice for ecological sustainability are reduce the use of resources and increase recycle of the resources and measure carbon footprints of a company, do not exceed the amount of the carbon footprints by using carbon trading. Ecological sustainability can help company to make more profit of a business because good global citizens could raise living standards of the citizens. Improving the performance of a company by setting a goal to the company such as aiming goal of no harm to our environment in the future. Whistleblower Policy means illegal practices or violations of adopted policies in order to encourage staff and volunteer to come forward with credible information. While the Foster’s Code of Conduct is to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical standards but not only comply with law. Company should respect and value each other in a workplace where everyone can be treated equally, regardless of their gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation or marital status. As an employee will feel better and more comfortable in their workplace when company provide all the needs to the employees. Company also need to provide a safety workplace to employees in order to maintain a safe working environment. Employees should aware of area that are high risk for injury and train employees in safety procedures to minimise the risk of injury. Foster’s Group also committed to supporting ten principles of the Global Compact in respect to human rights and labour rights. Besides that, Foster’s Group must pay at least $17.70 per hour to the employees due to the law of Australia’s minimum wage. So this ensure that Foster’s Group’s employees do not practice sweatshop and also could maintain company’s public
